Resume pre-qualification prior to entry into database, 2 rounds of interviews at our level, mandatory random checks on each lot by the senior most person anchoring the customer account etc, are some of the few checks that ensures our conversion rate being the highest in the industry.
Post Deployment Issues. Statutory compliances, timesheet and billing related issues, Salary disbursements, and Employee care etc, forms a crucial part of the entire value chain of the services we render.
