IT Consulting Services
Broadly, we provide two types of consulting services.
On-Site Consulting
We offer on-site consulting services to clients at global level. It involves developing the software at the client's location or at client's development site. Clients who would like to have a small and highly skilled team to work along with their teams for a very specific need favor this. Though expensive in comparison to offshore development, this has the advantage of the continuous presence of the consultants at the client's work environment. Gallontech consultants visit the client-site for all activities related to the project right from the design phase until the testing phase. Depending upon the location of the project, our consultants travel to the client site on periodical basis for the entire duration of the project. We work on portions of the projects that would help minimize the costs of development.
Offsite Consulting
This is a more affordable option for the client, where all coding is done at our development center. Our consultants travel to the client office during the requirements gathering phase, and later during the testing phase. Once the design specifications are gathered, we work out at our development center, returning to the client site only after achieving major (pre-defined) milestones.
